Geoff Morgan

Geoff Morgan joined Melrose in 2009 following the FKI Plc acquisition. Prior to Melrose, Geoff spent 11 years at Deloitte in the International and M&A tax groups.

He holds ACA and CTA qualifications and has extensive experience of acquisitions, reorganisations, restructuring and disposals. More recently, Geoff has led various financial analysis projects, for example relating to pension schemes, acquisition models, disposal preparation and investment performance.
